How We Ship

Currently, we ship all orders on Monday of every week. We are able to ship 3-day ground to most states, with the exception of: AK, CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, and VT.

Additionally, 2-day air is available for $60 for orders under 20 pounds, and $120 for orders over 20 pounds. Cheese wheels weigh an average of 2 pounds, and pinto beans are sold in 5, 25, and 50 pound increments.

Returns

As our products are perishables, we can’t accept returns.

However, we can offer full or partial reshipments/refunds for any of the following situations:

• You received something other than what you ordered

• You didn’t receive everything you ordered

• The product was damaged/spoiled

• A lost package in transit
