This fresh Artisan Farmstead Chevre is a semi-soft cheese that is shaped into 4 oz logs. We only use a few, real ingredients for the chevre to give you great tasting and nutritional cheese. The ingredients are: Cultured Pasteurized Goat Milk, Rennet, Salt, Honey.
The quality of milk used to make our cheese is of the utmost importance to us. One of the ways we get that good quality milk is by raising our own goats and giving them feed from what we grow here on our farm.
